THE BOARD WAS LEANING TOWARD MORE INVESTIGATION OF TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF THE PLAN WITH A LEANING TOWARD PUTTING SOMETHING RECORDED OVER THE INTERNET AS OPPOSED TO LIVE BROADCAST.
