THREE MARTIN COUNTY MEN FACE A TOTAL OF FOUR FELONY COUNTS AFTER POLICE OFFICER WERE DISPATCHED TO A CALL ABOUT A MAN WITH A GUN AT AN APARTMENT ON JOHNSON STREET IN FAIRMONT THIS PAST MONDAY. ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT 25 YEAR OLD DOMINIC TEREL WILLIAMS FACE TWO FELONY CHARGES- 2ND DEGREE ASSUALT WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON -MAX PENALTY 7 YEARS IN JAIL/14,000 DOLLAR FINE AND THREATS OF VIOLENCE-MAX PENALTY OF 5 YEARS JAIL TIME/10,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH IF CONVICTED. THE POLICE REPORT SAYS WILLIAMS FACES THE CHARGES FOR ALLEGEDLY HOLDING THE THE SHOTGUN AND THREATENING TO SHOOT IT WHEN HE COULDN'T FIND HIS CELL PHONE IN THE WOMAN'S APARTMENT. A SEARCH OF THE APARTMENT TURNED UP THE SHOTGUN.

THAT SAME SEARCH FOUND TWO OTHER MEN IN THE APARTMENT-34 YEAR OLD RYANN DANIEL KUEHN OF FAIRMONT AND 35 YEAR OLD RICHARD ALLEN MOUNT OF WELCOME- WITH BOTH BEING CHARGED WITH DRUG POSSESSION IN THE 5TH DEGREE, CARRYING A MAX PENALTY OF 5 YEARS IN JAIL AND 10,000 DOLLAR FINE IF CONVICTED ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. MOUNT INDICATED HE HAD A POT PIPE AND THEN PRODUCED A BLACK POUCH THAT CONTAINED A SMALL VIAL WITH CRYSTAL LIKE ROCKS THAT TESTED POSITIVE FOR METHEMPHETAMINE. THE SEARCH ALSO ALLOWED POLICE TO FIND ANOTHER YELLOW VIAL WITH A SUBSTANCE LATER TESTED AS POSITVE FOR METH,A PLASTIC BAG CONTAIJIGN A BROKEN MARIJUANA PIPE, MORE ITEMS FOR INGESTING MARIJUANA, A DIGITAL SCALE CONTAING A WHITE PODERY SUBSTANCE LATER TESTED POSITIVE FOR METH AND A COUPLE OF CIGARETTE PACKS WITH A SUBSTANCE AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF MARUJUANA. RYANN KUEHN WAS QUESTIONED ABOUT THOSE ITEMS. KUEHN AND MOUNT BOTH HAVE PREVIOUS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE CRIME CONVICTIONS- KUEHN IN 2012 AND 2016 AND MOUNT IN 2007 AND 2008 ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINT.

A CEYLON MAN FACES A FELONY 2ND DEGREE BURGLARY CHARGE WITH A MAXIMUM PENALTY OF 10 YEARS IN JAIL/10,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH FOR AN INCIDENT IN CEYLON ON JUNE 2ND THIS YEAR. ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT 31 YEAR OLD DUSTIN WAYNE LUBBEN WAS ACCUSED OF BEING IN THE VICTIM'S HOUSE AND ALLEGEDLY TAKING SOME MARIJUANA, A PIPE AND A BONG FROM HIS PROPERTY. LUBBEN DENIED TTHE CHARGES ACCORDING TO THE POLICE REPORT AND THAT THE TWO AT ONE TIME WERE FRIENDS BUT NO LONGER ARE.

A 23 YEAR OLD FAIRMONT MAN IS FACING A FELONY CHARGE OF 5TH DEGREE DRUG POSSESSION - MAX PENALTY OF 5 YEARS IN JAIL/10,000 FINE OR BOTH IF CONVICTED. ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT DAKOTA JOSEPH HAEGEMANN IS CURRENTLY ON PROBATION AFTER A PRIOR CONVICTION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE VIOLATION AND WHEN QUESTIONED ALLEGEDLY ADMITTED THAT HE WOULD TEST POSITIVE FOR T H C AND ADDERALL. A SEARCH WARRANT REVEALED 1/8TH OF AN OUNCE OF MARIJUANA,3 PIPES AND A GRINDER ACCORDING TO THE POLICE REPORT.
