THREE FAIRMONT RESIDENTS FACE MULTIPLE FELONY CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED METH MANUFACTURING OPERATION IN THE CITY. ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT 46 YEAR-OLD ROBERT CLARK RICKABAUGH FACES FOUR FELONY COUNTS FOR HIS INVOLVEMENT- TWO COUNTS OF FELONY FIRST DEGREE MANUFACTURE OF METHAMPHETAMINE.

EACH CARRIES A MAX PENALTY OF 30 YEARS IN JAIL/ 1 MILLION DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH; ONE COUNT OF POSSESSION OF METH PRECURSORS WITH INTENT TO MANUFACTURE-MAX PENALTY 10 YEARS IN JAIL/20,000 DOLLAR FINE AND ONE COUNT OF STORING METHAMPHETAMINE IN THE PRESENCE OF A VULNERABLE ADULT-MAX PENALTY 5 YEARS JAIL TIME/10,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH.

39 YEAR-OLD JASON GLYNN PLOSCHNICK AND 29 YEAR-OLD APRIL DAWN PLOSCHNICK EACH FACE THE TWO COUNTS OF FELONY FIRST DEGREE ALLEGED MANUFACTURE OF METHAMPHETAMINE WITH THE 30 YEAR/ 1 MILLION DOLLAR MAX PENALTIES EACH IF CONVICTED ALONG WITH THE FELONY CHARGE OF STORING METH PARAPHERNALIA IN THE PRESENCE OF THEIR 3 CHILDREN AND THE 5 YEAR / 10,000 DOLLAR MAX PENALTY IF CONVICTED. ALL THREE ALSO FACE CHARGES OF PETTY MISDEMEANOR FOR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ACCORDING TO THE POLICE REPORT.
