A GRANADA MAN IS FACING FIVE FELONY THREATS OF VIOLENCE CHARGES. ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT 52 YEAR-OLD ROBERT LEE SCHULTZ FACES THOSE CHARGES AFTER TRYING TO BE REMOVED FROM A FAIRMONT BUSINESS LAST SUNDAY FOR ALLEGEDLY THREATENING THREE PEOPLE AND TWO FAIRMONT POLICE OFFICERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. EACH COUNT OF THREATS OF VIOLENCE CARRIES A MAX PENALTY OF FIVE YEARS IN JAIL/10,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH IF CONVICTED.

SCHULTZ ALSO FACES MISDEMEANOR COUNTS FOR ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND OBSTRUCTING LEGAL PROCESS. EACH COUNT CARRIES MAX PENALTIES OF 90 DAYS IN JAIL/1,000 DOLLAR FINES OR BOTH IF CONVICTED ACCORDING TO THE POLICE REPORT.

A BLUE EARTH MAN FACES A FELONY COUNT OF THREATS OF VIOLENCE AFTER AN INCIDENT IN SHERBURN LAST WEEK. ACCORDING TO THE REPORT 23 YEAR OLD DWAYNE EUGENE MONEY WAS WALKING ALONG NORTH MAIN STREET IN SHERBURN, INTOXICATED, BEATING ON A DOOR THEN A WINDOW BEFORE BEING CONFRONTED BY A POLICE OFFICER WHOM HE TOLD TO "SHOOT HIM".

MONEY WAS YELLING AND CURSING AND MADE THREATS TO THE OFFICER WHILE BEING APPREHENDED. THE THREATS OF VIOLENCE CHARGE CARRIES A MAX PENALTY OF 5 YEARS IN JAIL/10,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH IF CONVICTED. DWAYNE MONEY ALSO FACES TWO MISDEMEANOR CHARGES FOR OBSTRUCTING LEGAL PROCESS AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT EACH CARRIES A MAX PENALTY OF 90 DAYS IN JAIL AND 1,000 DOLLAR FINES EACH ACCORDING TO THE REPORT.
