A 27 YEAR-OLD FAIRMONT MAN FACES A FELONY CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT CHARGE. ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, ALEXANDER PAUL LARSON ALLEGEDLY PERFORMED SEXUAL ACTS WITH A 15 YEAR-OLD GIRL IN HIS HOME SEVERAL TIMES FROM OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR. THE CHARGE OF 3RD DEGREE CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT CARRIES A MAXIMUM PENALTY OF 15 YEARS IN PRISON /30,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH IF CONVICTED. DURING QUESTIONING LARSON DENIED THE FEMALE HAD EVER BEEN TO HIS HOME.

THREE PEOPLE FACE FELONY DRUG CHARGES IN MARTIN COUNTY. 36 YEAR-OLD RYAN ALAN JENSEN, 26 YEAR-OLD LINDSAY TAYLOR QUINN, BOTH OF FAIRMONT, AND 33 YEAR-OLD SARAH MARIE CURRY OF EASTON ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FACE A FELONY CHARGE OF 3RD DEGREE ALLEGED POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE IN A SCHOOL/PARK ZONE. MAXIMUM PENALTY IF CONVICTED 20 YEARS IN JAIL/250,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH. RYAN JENSEN ALSO FACES FELONY CHARGES OF 5TH DEGREE DRUG POSSESSION MAX PENALTY FIVE YEARS JAIL TIME/10,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTION CARD FRAUD MAX PENALTY 3 YEARS IN JAIL/5,000 FINE OR BOTH IF CONVICTED PLUS MISDEMEANOR CHARGES FOR RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. SARAH CURRY AND LINDSAY QUINN ALSO FACE GROSS AND PETTY MISDEMEANOR CHARGES FOR ALLEGED POSSESSION OF DRUGS AND PARAPHERNALIA ACCORDING TO THE POLICE REPORT.
