36 YEAR OLD JESSE LAMEE MOTLEY HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS IN THE MINNESOTA CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IN ST.CLOUD FOR A 2ND DEGREE CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT CONVICTION FOR AN INCIDENT IN TRUMAN IN FEBRUARY. MOTLEY WAS GIVEN CREDIT FOR TIME SERVED AMOUNTING TO 314 DAYS,ELIGIBLE FOR CONDITIONAL RELEASE AFTER 10 YEARS OF CONFINEMENT AND ORDERED TO PAY RESTITUTION.

MOTLEY ALSO WAS SENTENCED TO 78 MONTHS (6 1/2 YEARS) AT ST. CLOUD TO BE SERVED CONCURRENTLY FOR A FELONY CHARGE OF BURLARY IN THE FIRST DEGREE AND ASSAULT ON A PERSON IN THE BUILDING IN THE SAME CASE AND ORDERED TO PAY RESTITUTION.

A FAIRMONT WOMAN FACES TWO FELONY COUNTS IN A ALLEGED ASSAULT. ACCORDING TO THE POLICE REPORT 47 YEAR OLD DAWN IRENE DUNKER ALLEGEDLY ASSUALTED A MALE IN HER RESIDENCE -FIRST WITH A PAINT CAN AND THEN THREATENED HIM WITH A KNIFE. THE 2ND DEGREE ASSAULT CHARGE WITH A DANGEROOUS WEAPON CARRIES A MAXIMUM PENALTY IF CONVICTED OF 7 YEARS IN JAIL/14,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH AND THREATS OF VIOLENCE CHARGE WITH MAX OENALTY OF FIVE YEARS IN JAIL/ 10,000 DOLLAR FINE OR BOTH ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. DUNKER IS ALSO FACING MISDEMEANOR CHARGES OF DOMESTIC ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO CAUSE FEAR AND INTENTIONALLY INFLICTS OR ATTEMPTS TO INFLICE BODILY HARM THOSE TWO COUNTS HAVE 90 DAYS IN JAIL/1,000 DOLLAR FINES OR BOTH AS MAX SENTENCES.
