In compliance with the EEO record keeping requirements KSUM/KFMC. created a file for each position to be filled. Recruitment for Positions Filled
During the reporting period, there have been 2 job vacancies at KSUM/KFMC. Announcements of the jobs were posted in local newspapers, at the local Workforce Center, Broadcast related Internet Sites, and advertising placed on the stations.
KSUM/KFMC will regularly assess and improve recruitment methods and sources by analyzing their effectiveness and making changes as appropriate.
